Their daughter Azaylia sadly died when she was just eight months old after battling a rare form of leukaemia. The heartbreaking loss took place on Sunday, April 25, and Safiyya has been open about how she is "really struggling to cope" following the tragic death.
The heartfelt poem, which was written over a photograph of former Midlands footballer holding their baby girl was signed Azaylia Diamond Cain.
