Dancing on Ice star Amy Tinker has candidly opened up on how the show has boosted her body confidence. Amy, 21, has credited the show to enable her put her body confidence issues “to one side and be happy again“ after being made to feel 'fat'.The Olympic bronze medalist was recently announced as Denise van Outen’s replacement on the skating show, after Denise quit following a skating accident which saw her dislocate her shoulder.
Amy previously heartbreakingly revealed she had been subjected to fat-shaming and bullying during her time as a gymnast last year.
