msn.coman emotional statement shared on the singer's official Twitter and Instagram pages, the hit-maker revealed she is battling breast cancer which has advanced to other parts of her body.
The Celebrity Big Brother star went on to praise her "amazing mum" Marie, as well as "family and close friends" for supporting her during her diagnosis and treatment.
She said: "My amazing mum, family and close friends are helping me through this, and I want to say a thank you to the wonderful NHS doctors and nurses who have been and continue to be heroes. "I am doing my very best to keep positive and will keep you updated here with how I’m getting on." Sarah, 38, shot to fame after auditioning for Popstars: The Rivals and winning a place in girl band Girls.
