Alice previously claimed on Instagram that her husband hadn't told her he was filing for a divorce with the words: "Oh. Ok. Thanks for letting me know.
I guess?" According to the documents which have surfaced, the couple plan to get joint custody of their two children. It also revealed the couple had split on New Year's Day, a month before the news sent shockwaves through the showbiz circuit.
Divorce papers for the couple were filed at Los Angeles Superior Court on March 1. The documents read: "Parties are in the Collaborative Process
