Ioan reportedly filed the legal papers to get a divorce from his wife at Los Angeles Superior Court, according to The Blast.
Taking to her Instagram account on Wednesday afternoon, Alice said: "I can't sleep. Not a wink. I am terrified for what tomorrow will bring.
Oh don’t worry, I'm fully aware of how pathetic that sounds. I’ll make it worse. Do you what I’m mostly scared of?" She then suggested that Ioan has moved on from their marriage with someone else.
