Alec Baldwin was unwittingly handed a gun with live ammunition before the fatal shooting of Halyna Hutchins on the film set of Rust, court records allege.
The gun was reportedly given to him by an assistant, who was unaware the prop gun contained live ammunition and called out "cold gun" to signify that it was safe to use, according to a search warrant filed by a court in New Mexico.
