But despite the flashy price tag, it was still a full £1million cheaper than what she originally paid for it back in 2017 with her then-husband, reported Sun Online.
The 18th-century, eight-bedroom pad boasts a tennis court and is set in 48 acres of its own land, with sources saying the seclusion factor of the estate was the biggest reason of the purchase for the singer.
