Wayne Rooney is celebrating a victory off the pitch after finally being granted permission to park his tractor at his 'Morrison's Mansion' following a 21-month long planning battle.
The former Manchester United and England front man is now allowed to build a shed to store the machine in, alongside hay bales at his new £20m abode.
Rooney, 34, first put in plans to convert the dilapidated Cheshire farm buildings back in July 2018. Ollerton with Marthall parish council objected amid fears of an eyesore but Cheshire East council last week approved amended plans.
