Vile brute caged for throwing paint at his sister during violent assault in Paisley
A brute who threw paint at his sister in a vicious assault has been caged .
Maurice Brady was sentenced to nine months in prison for the assault he committed on Stacy Bunyon last year.
The 29-year-old was hauled back to the cells as Sheriff Seith Ireland told him the trauma he experienced as a child did not excuse his own violent behaviour.
Brady battered his sister at a flat at Paisley ’s Broomlands Street when he rained punches on her head and body.
He also threw paint at her during the attack on December 11 last year.
Appearing for sentencing at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday, Brady was also to learn his fate about a second charge in which he stole four jars of coffee from Bargain Buys in Paisley on July 19 last year.
