Neck Deep have announced the ‘Dumbstruck Dumbfuck’ UK tour for 2025 – see dates below.The pop-punk band, who are scheduled to play double sets at Reading & Leeds 2024 this weekend, revealed tour dates today (August 23) alongside the release of a music video for ‘Sort Yourself Out’, taken from their self-titled album released this year.The tour will see them perform alongside opening acts The Wonder Years and One Step Closer at venues in Manchester, Glasgow, Newcastle, Birmingham, Bristol, and Swansea.On these bands, frontman Ben Barlow says in a press statement: “Having The Wonder Years out is always fun, they’ve been a big inspiration to us over the years, with so many great songs they always put on an amazing show.”Meanwhile, One Step Closer are “a band we’ve been following closely for a few years,” he continues, and “they’re deservedly growing a lot right now and it’s been cool to see the progression. I’m excited to see how they go down with our fans because we love them.” Tickets for the tour go on sale next Friday (August 30) at 10am here.In an interview with NME at Reading Festival 2024, the band spoke about the surreal opportunity of having The Wonder Years on their 2025 tour.

Slam Dunk Festival is expanding into even more countries across Europe next summer with a stacked line-up.The rock festival will be returning to France and Italy for 2025, after the UK edition has taken place, and will also make its debut in Belgium, the Netherlands and Switzerland.Slam Dunk will take place in Antwerp on May 27, Utrecht on May 29, Lyon on May 31, Zurich on June 1 and Milan on June 2.The artists playing in Europe across the week on select dates include Neck Deep, The Used, Zebrahead, The Ataris, A Day To Remember, New Found Glory and Lvndmarks. Slam Dunk 2025 have been announced, with A Day To Remember, Neck Deep and Alkaline Trio leading the way.Next year’s instalment will be held at Hatfield Park for the south and Leeds Temple Newsam in the north, taking place on May 24 and 25 respectively.Today (September 4), the organisers have shared the first wave of 20 artists joining the line-up, and the first run of names includes one of the most requested bands by Slam Dunk fans: A Day To Remember.The announcement comes as the band are currently gearing up to kick off their US tour next month, and it will not only mark their first time taking to the festival’s stage, but their first live performance planned for the UK in 2025. “We’re really excited to get back to the UK, and to play Slam Dunk for the first time,” the band shared in a new statement.Alkaline Trio are also on the bill for next year, and the announcement comes following their recent 2024 album ‘Blood, Hair, And Eyeballs’, as well as the two new singles they shared last month.

Busted and Neck Deep have collaborated on a revamped and reimagined version of the former’s track ‘Meet You There’.‘Meet You There 2.0’ turns Busted’s 2003 ballad into a pop-rock anthem. The track, originally featured on their second album ‘A Present for Everyone’, features heavy drums, fuzzy guitars and Neck Deep frontman Ben Barlow.“This is one of the tracks we are most excited about releasing, as we have recorded an entirely new arrangement of the song,” shared Busted’s Charlie Simpson.

A short run of European headline dates will then follow.The UK leg of the tour will begin in Cardiff on February 16 at the Motorpoint Arena, with shows in Birmingham, Manchester and more to follow.On February 25, the tour will wrap up with Yungblud’s biggest headline show to date at the OVO Arena in Wembley, London.Tickets for the tour go on sale next Thursday, August 25 at 9am BST.

Neck Deep drummer Dani Abasi has parted ways with the Welsh band.The sticksman has been with the band since their inception in 2012 and has appeared on all four of their albums including their most recent, 2020’s ‘All Distortions Are Intentional’.In a lengthy statement, which Neck Deep posted on Twitter and you can view in full below, he said: “YO! After 10 years of touring the world and growing so much creatively and personally over the years, the time has come for me to move on from Neck Deep.“The most important part about Neck Deep for me really became the connection and community I developed with our supporters. So I would like to truly express to anyone I have met over the years, that I will always keep those memories incredibly close to my heart. And I would love to remain a part of your lives with what I do next.Goodbyes are never easy.

Neck Deep have appealed for information after their tour van was broken into in London earlier this week.As they revealed on Twitter, the band’s van was broken into in Acton, West London overnight on Wednesday night (February 9).“Last night we had a bunch of gear stolen out of our Bath ITT Truck whilst it was parked overnight at Park Royal near Acton in London,” they wrote.“We are fortunate enough to be able to find replacements for our upcoming tour but many of these guitars have great sentimental value.”See the list of equipment stolen and how to get in touch with information below:Please share.
