A representative of the court told Xsports in a brief statement: “We judged that the conclusion of the first trial was reasonable,” per Soompi. Chuu’s lawsuit against the company was first filed for a provisional injunction to suspend her contract with Blockberry Creative in January 2022, which the court had accepted.

ARTMS have announced their debut studio album, titled ‘Devine All Love & Live’, or ‘Dall’ for short.ARTMS announce the upcoming release yesterday (February 29) through their social media channels, where they also dropped a schedule for the album’s rollout, including singles, music videos and more. ‘Dall’, which will be a full-length album, will be released in full on May 31.According to the schedule, the girl group will drop singles over the next three months.

LOONA have reportedly won their lawsuit against Blockberry Creative.Today (June 16), South Korean news outlets Segye Ilbo and Seoul Economic Daily reported that the Seoul High Court’s civil affairs department ruled in favour of LOONA members – namely Haseul, Yeojin, Yves, Olivia Hye and Go Won – in their lawsuit against Blockberry Creative.According to the two reports, the court had ruled in favour of suspending the Blockberry Creative contracts of the K-pop idols as it believed that there was an issue over the company’s decision to transfer the girl group’s contracts to Universal Japan without the members’ consent.Some members of LOONA have since reacted to the news with posts on Instagram. Notably, Yves posted an image of actress Nicole Kidman after her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2001.

LOONA, have teased their long-awaited return.At midnight KST today (June 15), K-pop agency Modhaus released the first teaser image for Odd Eye Circle member Jinsoul. The image features the idol wearing an eye patch while dressed in a sleek black suit with gloves.The teaser picture also seems to imply that the upcoming release from Odd Eye Circle will be called ‘Version Up’.

Blockberry Creative’s petition to ban former LOONA singer Chuu’s domestic entertainment activities has reportedly been dismissed by the Korea Entertainment Management Association (CEMA).In February 2023, CEMA revealed to news outlets that Blockberry Creative had petitioned it in December 2022 for the suspension of ex-LOONA’s Chuu’s entertainment activities in South Korea.According to CEMA, the K-pop agency claimed that Chuu had violated the terms of their previous contract, alleging that she had moved to sign a with new agency BY4MSTUDIO in 2021, when her exclusive contract with Blockberry Creative was still active.Earlier today (April 4), South Korean news outlet TV Report reported that CEMA has since concluded its investigation and allegedly ruled in favour of Chuu after judging that Blockberry Creative’s claims regarding her violation of contract terms had been made on “insufficient grounds”.According to TV Report, CEMA has reportedly found there to be no evidence suggesting that Chuu and BY4MSTUDIO had made prior contact, adding that the issue of the agency’s claims should instead be addressed in court as part of the ongoing legal dispute between Blockberry Creative and Chuu.NME has reached out to Blockberry Creative for comment.Chuu had been a member of girl group LOONA until November 2022, when Blockberry Creative announced her expulsion from the group due to the singer’s alleged “violent language and misuse of power toward our staff”.
