FiveThirtyEight have published their new Global Soccer Rankings which rates the overall strength of a team compared to clubs across the world.
This year, Manchester United have fallen down the pecking order, sitting in eighth with an Soccer Power Index (SPI) of 85.5.
That leaves them behind Premier League rivals Manchester City - who top the ranking - Chelsea and Liverpool. Perhaps surprisingly though, it puts them ahead of Paris Saint-Germain's team of superstars, who sit in ninth position, and Cristiano Ronaldo's Juventus who are in 15th.
