Sombrero on Sierra Tequila bottles has 'game-changing' use that's blowing people's minds

When it comes to the internet, everyday is an opportunity to learn something new.

Recently, thanks to social media we've been taught a new way to 'perfectly' slice watermelon, discovered how to keep flies out of our kitchens and how to stop the kids from hearing 'noises in the night' (yes, we're talking about sex).

The latest tidbit doing the rounds online has to do with bottles of Sierra Tequila, or more specifically the little sombrero that sits on top of them.

It turns out a number of tequila fans didn't actually know about the real use for the sombrero and have simply binned it after opening the bottle, or used it as a cute little party hat for their cat.

But apparently the sombrero has several handy uses, including being a lime
