A man has been arrested after a car reportedly hit two pedestrians on a pavement at London's Sloane Square. London cab driver Harry said he witnessed the scene and has handed dashcam footage to police.
He said he was waiting on the taxi rank at Sloane Square when he witnessed a car mount the pavement and hit two pedestrians.
The car then went northbound on Sloane Street. Harry told the Mirror Online: "He was travelling westbound coming from Eaton Sq, as he approached Sloane Square he veered to the wrong side of the road and hit one man who looked like he was late 50s then another younger man who smashed his windscreen. "The car kept driving for a couple of metres with this man on the bonnet.
