A transgender drag queen known as Valencia Prime tragically passed away Monday night during one of her performances.

TMZ reported. Medics were alerted to the scene after getting a call around 11:15 p.m., an investigator for Philadelphia Medical Examiner's Office. It's believed that the cause of death is due to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.Valencia, who hosted a drag show called Prime Time, was 25 years old.Following the death, Tabu paid tribute to Valencia."Today we morn the loss of a very bright and rising star in the performance community and a person who was always full of life and positivity," the statement said.
