In her caption she talked about shedding her "bad relationship" with food - and explained how she tackled her weight loss with the help of CBT therapy.

She paired her outfit with oversized sunglasses, pink lip, and she looked stunning.The TV star posted the snap of herself on social media on Tuesday (27 August) explaining she was in LA to visit her sons, Matty and Louis Healy.
