K-pop girl group LOONA have signed with a new agency, headed by former a Blockberry Creative director.On June 12, newly founded entertainment agency CTDENM released a statement sharing that it had signed exclusive contracts with LOONA’s Hyunjin and Vivi. The news comes four months after it was reported that the two idols had filed injunctions to suspend their contracts with agency Blockberry Creative.Per Maeil Kyeongje, as translated by Soompi, CTDENM said: “We would like to thank Hyunjin and Vivi for joining us at this new starting point, and we will do our utmost in giving our unsparing support to these two artists in the future so that their talents can blossom even more beautifully.”“We hope that you’ll take a fond interest in Hyunjin’s and Vivi’s futures, and we ask that you look forward to what CTDENM has in store as well,” it added.The new agency is reportedly founded by Yoon Do-yeon, who had previously worked with LOONA while under Blockberry Creative as a director in its planning division.

LOONA were blindsided earlier this month when the beloved K-pop group’s former creative director Jaden Jeong and his new agency Modhaus announced that they had signed exclusive contacts with four of the group’s former members: Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry. In an exclusive interview with NME, Jeong speaks on how he reunited with the four idols and addresses speculation around their future at the agency.Jeong parted ways with LOONA when he left the group’s agency Blockberry Creative in 2019.

LOONA have signed with Modhaus, the agency founded and run by the K-pop girl group’s former creative director Jaden Jeong.Today (March 17), the entertainment company announced on its official website that it has signed exclusive contracts with four ex-members of the girl group LOONA: Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul and Choerry.“Modhaus wishes them all the best of luck on their new beginnings, and we promise to give them our full support so that they can create more cherished memories with their fans,” Modhaus wrote in its statement.Modhaus was founded and is currently headed by Jaden Jeong, LOONA’s A&R, creative director and music producer from 2016 to 2019. The agency is also behind the new K-pop girl group tripleS.In its statement, Modhaus uses the birth names of the K-pop idols – Kim Jeung-eun and Choi Ye-rim – instead of their stage names of Kim Lip and Choerry.

LOONA have made their long-awaited comeback with the new mini-album ‘Flip That’ and a title track of the same name.In the stunning new visual for ‘Flip That’, the members of LOONA enter a summery wonderland on a retro-looking train, playing gleefully in a forest clearing filled blooming flora. Elsewhere in the video, the girl group perform the song’s choreography in a pastel-toned room filled with flowers.“Stay still, follow the new light that leads me / We love the way we go / Yeah, turn it all upside down,” they sing in the dreamy pre-chorus.The ‘Flip That’ mini-album features a total of six songs, including the intro track ‘The Journey’, which was previously featured in the group’s comeback trailer.

LOONA have tested positive for COVID-19.On February 28, Blockberry Creative announced via LOONA’s fan cafe that three of the girl group’s members, Haseul, Yeojin and Vivi had been diagnosed with the virus two days prior. As a result, the group will not be participating in the filming for episode of the upcoming second season of Mnet’s TV competition Queendom.Earlier today (March 1), the agency shared that other eight members – Heejin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, Choerry, Yves, Chuu, Go Won and Olivia Hye – have also been diagnosed with COVID-19 since their previous announcement.
