Jamie Redknapp's wife Frida showcased her super-fit physique posing with her abs on show just months after giving birth.The leggy Swedish model posed alongside her daughter after they shared a gruelling boxing session in the snap added to her Instagram page.Frida, 38, wrapped her arms around her teenage girl as she showcased her impressive abs wearing a tight black crop top and grey gym leggings.Adding a pair of black Adidas trainers and boxing wraps to her outfit Frida wore her long blonde hair scraped back in a bun.She captioned the post: "Great session with my girl."The pair then posed in a second picture outside JAB Boxing Club in Mayfair, London, wearing puffer jackets as they attempted to keep warm.Frida and Jamie welcomed their first child together in November just a few weeks after their surprise wedding.She is already mum to three boys and one girl with her ex Jonathan Louri.Jamie and Frida recently returned from their luxurious honeymoon at the lavish One&Only Reethi Rah hotel resort in the Maldives.Frida made the most of the fabulous weather on the trip, picking up a sunkissed glow posing in a series of tin bikinis as she and Jamie enjoyed themselves on their first break with baby son Raphael.The pair regularly posed for selfies in their swimwear as they revelled in beach days soaking up the sun in the idyllic loaction.Jamie is already dad to two other children with ex-wife Louise Redknapp - sons Charles, 17, and Beau, 13.The former footballer excitedly announced the arrival of their son via social media in November.He wrote: "Meet Raphael Anders Redknapp we're so in love, mum is doing so well too..."We can't thank the amazing doctors and nurses at the Chelsea and Westminster enough.
