The journey to replace University Hospital Monklands with a new facility has reached another major milestone following the appointment of Laing O’Rourke as the preferred construction partner.

Airdrie MSP Neil Gray has expressed his delight at the fact that NHS Lanarkshire has submitted its planning application for the replacement Monklands Hospital site at Wester Moffat.
