Sarah Hyland enjoyed a fun-filled couples trip to Disney World over the weekend with her new husband Wells Adams and few of their closest friends.The Modern Family alum, 32, and her 38-year-old Bachelor in Paradise bartender – who recently joined their friends for a Lake Tahoe getaway – looked like they had a blast at the Florida amusement park with two other couples. Hyland posted a slideshow on Instagram that showed their group posing all around Disney World, and she snuggled up to her handsome husband in a few images. 'The happiest place on earth with the people who make me the happiest,' Sarah captioned the post.
