Bake Off eliminates fifth baker as they reveal outrageous lie they told friends and family to make it on show
THE Great British Bake Off sent home its fifth contestant in tonight’s episode leaving fans at home devastated. It was 59 year old Carole Edwards, a supermarket cashier from Dorset, who faced the chop from the Channel 4 baking contest. At the halfway point of the competition, it was dessert week but it was ‘Compost Carole’ who under performed and found herself axed from by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.
