charity in her memory.Seven-year-old Freya Skene and mum Brooke Reid were dragged down a series of waterfalls in the River Braan near Dunkeld on July 9.Despite Brooke and her partner Sean McKiddie's best efforts to save her, Freya sadly passed away.Heartbroken Brooke has now set up a fundraising page in the hope of starting up a charity called 'Freya's Wish' in her daughter's honour.She said: "Like a flash of a light, a current dragged us both down multiple waterfalls."I was lucky to survive, but sadly our beautiful Angel grew her wings."Our hearts have stopped and will never be the same without our Freya but from now on our purpose is to keep her memory growing while helping parents within Dundee create beautiful memories with their

 The youngster was raced to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee but passed away a short time later.
Her devastated mum, Brooke Reid, 26, has now posted an emotional tribute on Facebook.
She told her friends in the public post:
 "As most of you are aware yesterday we had to say goodbye to our best friend, our life, our world, our everything."I stayed with Freya the whole night and most of today before she was taken away.
"Everyone tried their best and I couldn't be anymore grateful for the emergency teams all out trying to save us.
"Me and Freya were in a freak accident that had us pulled down multiple waterfalls.
