Bina Patel's son, Akshay Patel, 28, had made six calls to the emergency services for help during his mother's tragic final moments.In the newly released tapes, Akshay can be heard telling ambulance call handlers that his mother is "struggling" to breath after she woke up in the early hours of the night screaming his name, The Mirror reports.The situation was described as critical in the calls that followed, which was where he was told that he may have to wait up to "one and a half hours" due to the ambulance service being "busy".Akshay, from Ashton-Under-Lyne, Lancs, can then be heard explaining that his 56-year-old mum's mouth has "gone all-white" as he continues to pleas for quicker assistance.In a tragic turn, the heartbroken son can be heard furiously venting his anger that an ambulance didn't arrive in time to save his mother – who had collapsed and become unresponsive.
