Great British Bake Off fans sent into frenzy after shock double elimination
Double elimination week on The Great British Bake Off is never fun viewing - and even more so when it's two fan favourites that are forced to leave the tent.This week's episode (Tuesday 24) saw Nicky and Rowan depart the Channel 4 baking competition on week five, which saw the contestants challenged to put their pastry skills to the test. New host Alison Hammond was tasked with the lovely announcement of crowning star baker - who was Cristy - while comedian Noel Fielding delivered the sad news of who was leaving.
