The 61-year-old was rushed to hospital on Wednesday after catching covid-19 and double pneumonia, the Daily Star reports.Paddy says his condition suddenly deteriorated after he had been bed-ridden for two days after coming down with extreme exhaustion.His worried wife Roseanne dialled 999 from the family home.Paddy told the Daily Star: "I was getting worse.
I had sweats, pains, exhaustion and headaches. I was in a bit of a mess."The paramedics arrived and said they needed to take me into hospital but I didn't want to go but they insisted because they were really worried for.
