Marshals on an indictment for not registering as a sex offender, TMZ reports. Kenneth was in federal custody on Wednesday (March 4) and turned himself in.
He appeared in court and pled not guilty. He will reportedly post $100,000 bond later today and has another hearing scheduled for March 23. Kenneth will be required to wear an ankle monitor, will have a curfew, must remain in Southern California, and cannot use any drugs. Kenneth previously got pulled over by Beverly Hills police in back in November, who discovered he was a registered sex offender in New York but had not registered in California.
