metro.co.ukNicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty was ‘arrested’ US Marshalls on an indictment for failing to register as a sex offender. The 41-year-old apparently remains in custody after turning himself in to the Marshals during a court appearance on Wednesday.
According to TMZ, Petty will face a judge later today. He was legally required to register when moving from New York – the state he was registered in – to California in July 2019.
The publication claims Petty was arrested and released on a $20,000 (£15,500) bond. If he is convicted of failing to register as a sex offender, he may face up to 10 years in prison.
