In the uncomfortable sequence, the Pretty Little Thing model could be heard screaming after the boxer playfully threw a life size teddy at her.
Molly-Mae said the massive cuddly bear sent her iPhone smashing into her face which broke her nose in the play fight that went wrong.
She wrote: "I'm not even joking when I say he's just broken my nose. Phone smashed straight into it. Happy Tuesday." The Instagram sensation updated her fans she was "not ok" following the accident which unfolded at their lovenest, in Manchester.
