

Man threatens to 'smash face of neighbour's son' in row over blaring music
A fuming man blasted his neighbour for playing loud music before threatening to 'smash her son's face in' in an abusive rampage. Chad Scarah, 21, was given five days rehabilitation and was fined £100 for breaching a suspended sentence after his musical fuelled mayhem.
Hull Crown Court heard how Scarah was livid after his neighbour returned back from a night out with friends and began to play loud music their TV, reports Hull Live. The 21-year-old and his girlfriend, with two children aged six and three, were asleep in bed when they were suddenly awoken by the music.
Bede Porter, prosecuting, said: "Upon playing the music, Scarah could be heard shouting from next door." The 21-year-old then went round to complain and the woman, who had known him for several years, turned the music down.
She then invited the defendant into her home to join the group and further discuss the matter. Mr Porter added :"He ignored the offer and threatened to smash all the windows."
The victim then repeated her offer that he could come in and that his children could go there and sleep over. Scarah further ignored his neighbour and threatened to attack her son and smash his face in.
He shouted: "I'll f***ing do them all." He then returned back to his own home, picked up a glass and went back to the neighbours.
He warned them: "This is just the start as all the windows are going in." Scarah then threw the glass at a lower window, making a hole and causing rest of the glass in the pane to shatter.
The glass he threw at the window also shattered around the garden. Upon seeing the damage he had caused Scarah's girlfriend 'dragged him inside' stated Mr Porter.
