Vogue and Spencer, who married in 2018 already share one-year-old Theodore and revealed that they had been attempting to conceive since last summer.
In a candid chat with Hello! Magazine, Vogue said: "We're delighted. It's so exciting but kind of scary to think we're going to have another newborn.
