We have just completed our round-up of criminals locked-up in April but now it is time for another run in May. There was the drug addict burglar who fell on top of a sleeping five-year-old boy during break-in - months after getting locked in a shopping centre with socks on his hands.
There was also the bully who threatened to make the mother of his child eat a used toilet brush after biting her and forcing his fingers down her throat during a sickening attack.
Locked up itself, however, may look a bit different as we reach the later half of the month and those to come. With the coronavirus outbreak and UK lockdown, judges are having to make difficult decisions to decide which cases are heard and which are not.
