Survivor alum Jonny Fairplay's larceny case was dismissed in a Virginia court on Thursday, after he was accused with his mother Patsy Hall of stealing jewelry and furniture from his grandmother Jean Cook's Danville, Virginia home late last year.The 47-year-old reality star's criminal case and his mother's were dismissed, TMZ reported, citing a Pittsylvania County court clerk.'The TRUTH shall set you FREE!,' he said in on Instagram response to the TMZ report, months after he and his mother were accused of larceny in December by his aunt.
