Jay filed for divorce after seven years of marriage but made no mention of misconduct, according to TMZ. Kristin also wanted full custody of their kids Camden, seven, Saylor, four, and Jaxon, five.
The mum was said to want Jay to have visitation rights but she has primary custody. As their divorce battle begins, Jay has stated he wants joint custody of the children.
