Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

After playing in the waterfalls and making a wish at the money tree, Stacey was presented with a delicious-looking unicorn birthday cake as she turned 31 on 4 October.
But there was one vital item that Joe forgot to bring with him that Stacey was quick to pick up on. Despite the fact that Joe had purchased the £11 cake from Tesco, it appears he forgot to buy birthday candles at the same time.
