Manchester United transfer target Rabbi Matondo has spoken out about a potential return to England. Jadon Sancho has been the Red Devils' top transfer target in recent months.
But the Manchester Evening News report that United are also looking at a back-up in Matondo, who has a similar background to Sancho.
The 19-year-old is regarded in the same “low-risk buy” bracket as Daniel James, who was brought in from Swansea City when a summer move for the forward failed.
But the Schalke star isn't focusing on the headlines surrounding his imminent future. "Obviously there are people talking, asking me and stuff but I am not really thinking about it," Matondo told Manchester Evening News. "I am concentrating on Schalke.
