I'm A Celeb recruit and EastEnders actress Jessica Plummer has detailed her "training" for the show. Kicking off next week, I'm A Celeb will see Jessica contend with the wet, the wind, and, of course, the diet.

Celebs are typically rewarded with meals depending on how well they do in the trials, but otherwise they're left with nought but rice and beans for sustenance.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Jessica filmed herself getting a regular Covid test and she isolates in Wales ahead of Sunday's opening show. "Another day, another Covid test," she wrote, "Been getting tested regularly to make sure we're Covid free!" Jessica was then forced to swallow before being swabbed and apologised to the nurse, writing: "Yep I had beans, nervous
