Cauliflower gnocchi Serves 2 Ingredients ½ cauliflower, broken into florets 2 tbsp plain flour, plus extra if needed 1 egg A few sage leaves Small handful of grated parmesan Oil (any) Salt and pepper Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
Scatter the cauliflower florets on to a baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until cooked through.Transfer to a bowl, mash with a fork and mix in the flour and the egg.
