Pictured in a rare outing in Italy where the film is being shot, Ms Reggiani, 72, now looks a frail figure and was helped by her assistant and an unidentified man as she walked along the pavement.
The exclusive photograph emerged as the heiress found guilty of ordering her ex-husband's murder criticised American singer and actress Lady Gaga for not meeting her ahead before playing her in House of Gucci.
The Ridley Scott thriller stars Gaga as the former wife of Maurizio Gucci (Adam Driver), who was head of the Gucci fashion house in the Eighties.
