He's faced claims he's broken the rules on several occasions, and reportedly received a warning form local officials after racing around the region on his bike.
He's now been pictured enjoying a day out on a speed boat in a move that's likely to upset his neighbours once again. Gordon was pictured zipping along the coast close to the town of Padstow accompanied by his son Jack, 20, and another make passenger.
