Explosive double EastEnders tonight as soap is cancelled tomorrow for Sport Relief

Amid coronavirus panic, there's some good news for soap fans tonight as they can look forward to a double helping of EastEnders.

This is instead of tomorrow night's episode, with its usual 8pm slot being occupied by Sport Relief. Tonight's episodes will air at the usual time of 7.30pm and the additional helping at 8pm on BBC One.

It's a dark time on Albert Square for some tonight as Whitney's hunger strike looks set to have devastating consequences. Meanwhile Gray is left furious when Mitch finds out that he has lost his job and accuses Chantelle of letting it slip.

Despite being warned by Karen, Mitch was determined to find out what Gray was up to and turned up at his office, only to find out that he had been fired for hiring Leo.
