Insiders who spoke with the publication claimed the victims are currently filing a lawsuit against him for “significant financial damages,” a point which the source says should be taken into consideration.
Even though the That 70’s Show alum may face 45 years in state prison, he won’t accept a plea deal, despite tremendous pressure to do so.
More importantly, the source explained, there is a possibility that it won’t become a criminal trial, and it’s probable that the court will dismiss the charges.
