Dancing On Ice star Faye Brookes is training for five hours a day alongside her new skating partner Matt Evers ahead of the tense semi-final on Sunday night.
The pair will take on rapper Lady Leshurr and her partner Brendyn Hadfield, former Olympian Colin Jackson and his partner Klabera Komini, and radio presenter Sonny Jay and his partner Angela Egan.
Matt was brought back into the competition after being voted off alongside his original partner, Denise Van Outen, when Faye's partner Hamish Gaman pulled out due to a finger injury.
He and Faye have been forced to train extra hard to make up for lost time after their debut on the ice last week. Matt told The Sun : "At this point we're doing about five hours on the ice, easily 800 calories
