Speaking to host Lorraine on her ITV morning show, Ryan told Lorraine that the experience has "been overwhelming".Ryan said: "To think on the 10th May I was at Buckhingham Palace ten days ago and I've been on canals for nine days and I'm disorientated that I'm on these roads now."But to have the support along the way from people at such an important time, just promoting mental health and what people are going through every day has been an incredible.
