Doctors initially thought it was epilepsy, but they changed their mind when they saw his health take another downward turn. During Monday's episode, Leanne and Steve, and their partners Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) and Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford), waited desperately for news as Ollie struggled while continuing to fit.
The doctor told them that they were trying to stabilise him, and would be running a brain scan to determine the cause. After they discovered there were changes on his brain, Dr Ward then told the family they would be running genetic tests next, looking for genetic mutations.
