She shared an illustration which read: ‘To the NHS staff, the nurses and doctors, the teachers and exhausted supermarket shelf stackers.
Thank you.’ Coleen added: ‘Thank you…. we appreciate you, your sacrifices and your work. Let’s try and keep headstrong through this difficult time for ourselves and everyone around us. (Harder said than done, but let’s try).
