Chelsea could call an end to Tammy Abraham’s 17-year association with the club following reports they're ready to cash in on the forward this summer.Abraham, 23, has scored 12 goals in all competitions this term and was a frequent starter under Frank Lampard.
However, his chances have dried up since Thomas Tuchel was appointed manager in January, making just four starts under the German.ESPN reported Chelsea would be willing to sell their academy graduate for £40 million.
