Mirror Online revealed last year that Sarah had taken the decision to step away from fame - quitting social media and taking her website offline.
She hasn't been seen out in public in more than two years. Sarah's last post on social media was in August 2018 before she returned to Instagram and Twitter today to share her heartbreaking cancer news.
