Tristan Trevor James Thompson (born March 13, 1991) is a Canadian professional basketball player for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played one season of college basketball for Texas before being drafted fourth overall by the Cavaliers in the 2011 NBA draft. He also represents Canada in international competition. Thompson won an NBA championship with the Cavaliers in 2016.

The Kardashian lawyer confirmed Tristan had taken a paternity test in January but it was negative. On Kimberly's request he takes a second paternity test, Singer responded Tristan would oblige if the sample was sent off to an AABB-accredited lab.
Upping the ante, the Kardashian attorney further threatened Kimberly could face multi-million-dollar claims in a courtroom battle if any more rumours surfaced.
