Christopher Landon‘s two “Happy Death Day” movies gave the slasher the “Groundhog Day” treatment to much fanfare back in the mid-late 2010s. Bast year’s “Totally Killer” went all-in on the premise, complete with a time machine, parents as teens, and a general “Back To The Future” vernacular.
