Los Campesinos! have released a deluxe edition of their new album ‘All Hell’, but it won’t be available on streaming, and you only have until Thursday to buy it.Following their self-released seventh studio album dropping on Friday (July 19), the Welsh indie-pop group have already shared a deluxe version with fans. Coined ‘More Hell’, the new version features the full album alongside five reworked versions of the new tracks, offering a more delicate, stripped-back take.

Los Campesinos! have broken down the “financial restrictions” of touring and revealed a significant “loss” from a one-off show in Dublin.The band posted the breakdown of finances on their website in hopes that it would provide insight to fans into what it takes to go on tour.“We always get asked ‘why don’t you ever come to play in XYZ’, and, though flattered, I personally also feel frustrated that there’s a lack of understanding as to the financial restrictions touring bands often face,” the website post read.“I thought it might be interesting to break down the finances involved in playing one-off shows, or shows in locations that aren’t the approximately 25 different cities we know that we have a relatively large fanbase in. I will add, the following isn’t a breakdown of what it would cost every band to play this sort of gig, it’s a breakdown of what it specifically costs Los Campesinos! to do a gig like this.”The breakdown of costs included money made from show fees and merch sales, as well as outgoings including travel, haulage, accommodation, crew wages and essentials such as food.In total, for the one-off gig that the band played at Dublin venue the Button Factory, they earned £6,151.59.

Check out the heart-on-sleeve single ‘Feast Of Tongues’ below.Announced today (May 15), the news of a new album marks the first from the Welsh indie-pop group in seven years, and comes as the follow-up to their 2017 album ‘Sick Scenes’ and 2021 EP ‘Whole Damn Body‘.Speculation that a new LP was on the way arose earlier this year, when the members confirmed that they would be embarking on a North American tour this summer, and also debuted a new song called ‘A Psychic Wound’ while in London.Now, they have confirmed that a full album is on the way, and will be called ‘All Hell’.Set for release on July 19 via the band’s Heart Swells label, the members have revealed that the motif of the LP will capture a wide variety of themes, including “drinking for fun and drinking for misery”, “death and dying”, “love and sex”, “late-stage capitalism” and practically everything in between.It is produced by the septet’s Tom Bromley, and will also see the band team up with other musicians including Holly Carpenter on violin, Eileen McDonald Sparks on cello, and Jon Natchez on saxophone.Along with the announcement of the album, Los Campesinos! have also dropped the new single ‘Feast Of Tongues’ – a bittersweet anthem that sees the band wear their hearts on their sleeves.“Love lies bleeding in dead bouquet/ Dread the dripping years and wish away each day/ Swear I’d live through all of your nightmares/ If it meant that I could sleep okay,” sings Gareth David as the track gradually builds to its opening lines.

Los Campesinos! shared that they want to commission writers as a way to continue to foster their fanbase community.The band took to Twitter to announce the idea of working closely with writers to create in-depth pieces that fans would enjoy.They shared: “Our recent experiences are that very few outlets will cover our band anymore (no hard feelings, I get it!).
